Our hours are updated on our Google profile every week. If there are any last minute changes, we will it announce on our Instagram page.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, District of Columbia, major U.S. territories and minor islands.

ARE YOUR ITEMS OFFICIAL?

All K-pop albums and merchandise sold by Ploghvey KPOP are official and come from South Korea, the home of K-Pop. Blind Boxes, such as DREAMS6 (Sonny Angel, Smiski), and POPMART brand characters also come from reputable retailers in order to guarantee the authenticity.

DO YOUR ALBUM SALES COUNT TOWARDS CHARTS?

All albums sold by us are official and count towards Hanteo and Circle charts.

I WANT A SPECIFIC VERSION OF AN ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Albums that allow version selection will appear on the product listing page, and guarantee your version selection. For other products that feature more than one versions, please leave a note at checkout with the version you'd like, and our staff will do their best to fulfill your request. Please note that due to inventory restraints, we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We accept order cancellations on any online order with 24 hours. Please contact customer service at kpop@ploghvey.com and allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS?

All sales are final. Exchanges and refunds are not accepted, but please contact customer service at kpop@ploghvey.com if there are any issues regarding your order.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

WILL MY ALBUM INCLUDE POB (PRE-ORDER BENEFIT)?

POBs are only available on orders that were made before the pre-order deadline. NOTE: Some products available during the pre-order period do not come with a POB. When placing your order, make sure the product listing includes "PRE-ORDER POB" in the title. All orders made after the pre-order deadline has passed will not include a POB.
