SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed on our website for in-store pickup and/or shipping are usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended due to manufacturer and/or tariff delays, influx of orders, etc. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact customer service at kpop@ploghvey.com or call us during our business hours at 865-770-6198. 

PRE-ORDER NOTICE

If your order consists of one or more pre-order items, the entire order, including on hand items) will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are in stock. If you’d like to receive the already released items first, please place it in a separate order. 

WILL MY ALBUM INCLUDE POB (PRE-ORDER BENEFIT)?

POBs are only available on orders that were made before the pre-order deadline. NOTE: Some products available during the pre-order period do not come with a POB. When placing your order, make sure the product listing includes "PRE-ORDER POB" in the title. All orders made after the pre-order deadline has passed will not include a POB.

SHIPPING METHODS

You can find all the shipping rates and methods offered at checkout. We provide shipping to all U.S. states and territories via USPS and UPS.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please give the number 24-48 hours to update. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR INFORMATION

If there’s a mistake with the address or information used to place the order, please contact us immediately by emailing kpop@ploghvey.com or calling our store during business hours at 865-770-6198. Please note that we are unable to modify your order once it has been processed and fulfilled, and are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or returned packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or recipient information.

DELIVERY

Ploghvey KPOP is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that may have incurred during shipping or delivery. Once the package leaves our possession, we have no control of shipping issues that may occur. If you suspect your package to be lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS or UPS.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not offered at this time.
